Construction and Application of Knowledge Management System in Energy Enterprises

摘要: [目的] 知识经济时代,知识管理显得越来越重要。 [方法] 分析了企业质量管理存在的问题。 [结果] 介绍了知识管理的概念和基于组织的知识管理系统,提出了基于业务的知识管理系统实现知识精准推送的思路。 [结论] 所提知识管理系统思路可为能源企业知识管理系统建设提供参考。Abstract: [Introduction] In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge management is becoming more and more important. [Method] The problems were analyzed in enterprise quality management. [Result] This paper introduced the concept of knowledge management and the knowledge management system based on organization, and puts forward the idea of realizing knowledge accurate push by the knowledge management system based on business. [Conclusion] This work provides some guidance for enterprises to build knowledge management system.
