Innovations and Applications of Novel Power System Cybersecurity Intelligent Protection

    目的 新型电力系统的信息物理融合特性,对网络安全防护提出了全域协同、动态适应的新需求,也给网络安全带来严峻的核心挑战。文章旨在综合梳理新型电力系统在网络安全环境下的现状及关键技术,探索其网络安全防护技术的应用前景。
    方法 基于政策文件及工程案例,从多维度分析新型电力系统网络安全现状;归纳智能威胁检测、数据加密、应急响应等关键技术的研究进展;梳理物理信息域、网络数据层、系统层等新型电力系统典型网络安全应用场景。
    结果  明确了现有技术在应对新型攻击手段时存在的瓶颈及其对电力系统构成的潜在威胁与应用局限性。
    结论 为新型电力系统网络安全领域的理论研究、标准制定及工程实施以及突破当前防护瓶颈提供理论基础;提出未来需重点突破信息-物理-社会协同防护技术模型,实现“可测、可控、可溯”的安全目标。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective The information-physical fusion characteristics of the novel power system pose new requirements for cybersecurity protection, including whole-domain synergy and dynamic adaptation, and also bring severe core challenges to cybersecurity. This article aims to comprehensively sort out the current status and key technologies of the novel power system in the cybersecurity environment, and explore the application prospects of its cybersecurity protection.
    Method Based on policy documents and engineering cases, the current status of cybersecurity of the novel power system was analyzed from multiple dimensions; the research progress of key technologies such as intelligent threat detection, data encryption and emergency response was summarized; and typical cybersecurity application scenarios of the novel power system, such as the physical information domain, network data layer and system layer were sorted out.
    Result It clarifies the bottlenecks of existing technologies in addressing new attack methods, as well as their potential threats and application limitations to the power system.
    Conclusion It provides a theoretical basis for theoretical research, standard development and engineering implementation in the field of novel power system cybersecurity, as well as for breaking through current protection bottlenecks. It proposes that in the future, focus should be placed on breaking through the information-physical-social synergistic protection model to achieve the security goal of "measurable, controllable and traceable".
