Research Progress and Future Challenges in the Integrated Development of Offshore Wind Power and Offshore Photovoltaics

    目的 海上风电融合发展新模式是我国未来风电技术发展的制高点,其中风能与太阳能融合发电作为实现“海上风电+”高技术战略性新兴产业的重要形式之一,具有显著的战略意义和发展潜力。文章针对海上风电与海上光伏融合发展研究进展及技术挑战进行了综述分析,以向国内相关研究和工程项目提供技术参考。
    方法 本文以我国海洋资源融合开发的重大需求为导向,系统分析了全球海上风电与海上光伏的发展趋势,明晰了我国在“风光同场”发展模式中的现状与存在的短板。进而,重点从政策支持、发展历程、支撑结构设计及典型工程案例等方面,深入剖析了海上风电与海上光伏融合发展的现状与特点。最后,从电力系统协同输出、结构可靠性与成本控制、抗台风设计、一体化运维等多个维度,剖析了当前面临的主要技术挑战。
    结果 通过对海上风电与海上光伏融合发展模式及其关键技术的全面梳理与分析,为我国海上资源高效、综合开发利用提供了科学依据与工程参考。
    结论 文章说明了海上风电与海上光伏融合发展的瓶颈问题和亟待突破的技术方向,助力构建新型能源体系与海洋强国建设。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective The new model of integrated development of offshore wind power is the high ground for the future development of wind power technology in China. Among them, the integration of wind energy and solar energy for power generation is one of the important forms to achieve the "offshore wind power+" high-tech strategic emerging industry, which has significant strategic significance and development potential. In order to provide technical references for relevant domestic research and engineering projects, the article provides a review and analysis of the research progress and technical challenges in the integration of offshore wind power and offshore photovoltaics.
    Method This article is guided by the significant demand for integrated development of marine resources in China, and systematically analyzes the development trends of global offshore wind power and offshore photovoltaics, clarifying the current situation and shortcomings of China's "wind solar co field" development model. Furthermore, the current situation and characteristics of the integrated development of offshore wind power and offshore photovoltaics were analyzed in depth from the aspects of policy support, development history, foundation design, and typical engineering cases. Finally, the main technical challenges currently faced were analyzed from multiple dimensions such as power system collaborative output, structural reliability and cost control, typhoon resistant design, and integrated operation and maintenance.
    Result Through a comprehensive review and analysis of the integrated development model and key technologies of offshore wind power and offshore photovoltaics, a scientific basis and engineering reference have been provided for the efficient and comprehensive development and utilization of offshore resources in China.
    Conclusion The article explains the bottleneck issues and urgent technological directions for the integrated development of offshore wind power and offshore photovoltaics, which will help China build a new energy system and build a maritime power.
