摘要: 在热电厂的生产过程中,供热结算用的流量测量精度要求高,且流量变化范围很大,一般的流量测量方案无法满足精确测量要求。为解决热电厂供热流量的精确测量的需求,介绍了多种常用流量测量方案,并针对火电厂的常见工况提出供热流量的精确测量方案及造价分析,测量方案已经应用实际工程中的多种工况,使用效果令人满意,可在热电厂中的相似工况中推广使用。

Abstract: In the production process of thermal power plant, measurement precision requirement of heating media flow measurement for charge is high, and the heating media flow range is very large. General flow measurement scheme could not meet the requirements of precise measurement for such heating media flow. To solve this problem, this paper introduced several common flow measurement schemes, and proposed precise heating media flow measurement schemes and cost for several common conditions. Those schemes have been applied for several engineering. Effect of this proposes is satisfied. Those schemes can be used widely in thermal power plants for similar applications.
