海上风机导管架基础灌浆连接段受力分析

Analysis of Grouted Connection in Offshore Wind Turbine Jacket Foundation

  • 摘要: 开展近海风电导管架基础的灌浆连接段受力分析,对于理解其传力机制与受理机理、保证海上风机支撑结构的安全性能、优化设计等方面具有重要的理论与现实意义。首先利用DNV规范对影响灌浆连接段性能的因素开展参数敏感性分析,再运用有限元软件对导管架基础的灌浆连接段进行模拟,该软件能有效模拟浆体与钢管壁的接触以及浆体的本构关系。根据规范进行的参数敏感性分析,得出一些重要规律和结论,便于工程设计人员更好地理解先桩法导管架基础灌浆连接段的受力特点,选择合适的参数用于灌浆连接段设计,再依据数值模拟,确定导管架基础灌浆连接段设计的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: It is great theoretical and practical significance to carry out analysis of grouted connection in jacket foundation for understanding its mechanism of force transfer, ensuring safety performance of offshore wind turbine support structures and optimizing design of this part. In this study, DNV standard was firstly applied to conduct sensitivity analysis of parameters which affect performance of grouted connection. Then finite element software was used to simulate it and can effectively simulate the contact of grouts with wall of steel and grout's constitutive relationship. Finally, some inportant rules and conclusionts were drawn from parameter sensitivity analysis based on DNV standard. These conclusions facilitate a better understanding of mechanical characteristics of grouted connection in pre-piled jacket and help engineers to select the appropriate parameters for grouted connection design. Numerical simulation validates the reliability of grouted connection design.
