  • 摘要: 为弥补在产平台产能不足,需要在平台上增设生产井平台。增设生产井平台在满足需求的前提下,还需考虑避免增设平台对老平台本身的结构强度及稳定性产生的不利影响,同时也要减少海上投入及施工难度,因此按照规范设计出外挂井槽平台结构。通过结合现场施工环境,设计出起到定位及导向作用的M框架及倒置插尖结构,从设计、建造、安装多方面分析研究,成功完成外挂平台与老平台海上安装对接,水平度及平行度满足规范及施工要求,为平台修井机轨道梁的高精度安装奠定了基础,也为后续外扩平台提供了现场经验。
