海上风电场升压站风险分析与管控研究

Research on the Risk Analysis and Control of the Offhore Substation

  • 摘要: 目的 随着全社会环保呼声和意识的不断提升,我国海上风电事业迎来了蓬勃发展的态势,如何确保海上风电项目的平稳着陆,是当前投资方关注的重点。 方法 以海上升压站为例,应用风险管理理论,对海上升压站勘察设计、建造、施工、运输、安装等方面存在的重要风险点,进行全面深入的风险识别和风险分析。 结果 提出了海上升压站钻孔布置、海洋土力学参数确定、疲劳破坏、建造、沉桩、施工窗口期、整体组装式运输以及安装等风险的控制措施。 结论 对海上升压站的风险识别、分析与控制措施,可作为海上风电场项目风险管控的参考。

     

    Abstract: Introduction With the rising of the demand for the environmental protection, Offshore wind power industry in China becomes vigorous, investors pay more attention to make sure the offsore wind power safe. Method In this paper, with risk management process, risks of the survey、design、building、construction、transportation、installation of the offshore substation were analyzed comprehensively. Result The treaments for the risks of borehole layout、confirmation of marine soil parameters、fatigue failure、building、 piling、construction window period、transportation and installation of integral assembling of the offshore substation are put forward. Conclusion The conclusion of this paper is the reference for the risk management of offshore wind farm.
