Research on the Risk Analysis and Control of the Offhore Substation

摘要: [目的] 随着全社会环保呼声和意识的不断提升,我国海上风电事业迎来了蓬勃发展的态势,如何确保海上风电项目的平稳着陆,是当前投资方关注的重点。 [方法] 以海上升压站为例,应用风险管理理论,对海上升压站勘察设计、建造、施工、运输、安装等方面存在的重要风险点,进行全面深入的风险识别和风险分析。 [结果] 提出了海上升压站钻孔布置、海洋土力学参数确定、疲劳破坏、建造、沉桩、施工窗口期、整体组装式运输以及安装等风险的控制措施。 [结论] 对海上升压站的风险识别、分析与控制措施,可作为海上风电场项目风险管控的参考。Abstract: [Introduction] With the rising of the demand for the environmental protection, Offshore wind power industry in China becomes vigorous, investors pay more attention to make sure the offsore wind power safe. [Method] In this paper, with risk management process, risks of the survey、design、building、construction、transportation、installation of the offshore substation were analyzed comprehensively. [Result] The treaments for the risks of borehole layout、confirmation of marine soil parameters、fatigue failure、building、 piling、construction window period、transportation and installation of integral assembling of the offshore substation are put forward. [Conclusion] The conclusion of this paper is the reference for the risk management of offshore wind farm.
