Research on the Applicability of Simplified Dynamic Calculation for Equipment Foundations on the Ground of PlantEn

  • 摘要: [目的] 旨在探讨《动力机器基础设计规范》(GB 50040—1996)中厂房零米动力设备基础简化计算方法的适用性。 [方法] 以国内某典型燃煤电厂主厂房零米的典型设备为例,通过全频域动力分析与该简化动力分析的计算结果对比,明确了该简化计算方法对设备基础宽高比的具体要求。 [结果] 相关研究数据表明:只有当设备基础宽高比不小于1.5时,采用此简化动力计算方法才能得到比较准确的结果。 [结论] 通过对计算结果的分析可知,对于一般位于主厂房零米的动力设备,当基础重量大于5倍机器重量且基础宽高比不小于1.5时,规范提供的简化动力计算方法才是适用的。
    Abstract: [Introduction] This paper aims to explore the applicability of simplified dynamic calculation for equipment foundations on the ground of plant. [Method] Taking a typical equipment on the main building ground of a typical coal-fired power plant as an example, this paper compared the computational results of the whole frequency domain dynamic analysis and the simplified dynamic analysis and specified the specific requirements of aspect ratio for equipment foundation to use the simplified dynamic calculation. [Result] The results we obtained demonstrate that only when the equipment foundation aspect ratio is not less than 1.5, using the simplified dynamic calculation method can get more accurate results. [Conclusion] Based on the analysis of the calculation results, it can be seen that the simplified power calculation method provided by the specification is applicable to the power equipment, which is generally located in the main plant at zero meters, when the base weight is more than 5 times the machine weight and the base width and height ratio is not less than 1.5.
