Research on Resolution and the Discrepancy Between the Electronic Secondary Construction Drawing and Pratical Construction

  • [Introduction] The discrepancy between design drawings and construction layouts has become one of the principle problems during the construction of convertor station. [Method] In this paper, a Three-Stage Management Mode for discrepancy elimination was discussed, which was implemented in newly built convertor stations of China Southern Power Grid. In this Mode, staged discrepancy eliminating solutions focusing respectively on preliminary design, detailed design and construction were provided. [Result] It helps to clarify the responsibilities and obligations of parties involved in the project, reduce the number of the discrepancies. [Conclusion] This mode can avoid waste of manpower and other resources for rectification of those discrepancies, and thus improve the efficiency of project management and proceed the project into commercial operation smoothly.
