关于智慧城市的众多分析和研究,主要针对城市“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”五大发展理念开展,对于宏观的、远期的智慧城市绘制了宏伟蓝图。文献[1,2,3,4,5,6]从综合能源和通信通道等现有资源出发来分析智慧城市总体架构和顶层设计,具有一次投入少、可持续发展等特点[7]。基于智能电网建设也有较多文章提出了智能小区的系统架构和通信网络,智能小区业务功能及配置,智能小区关键技术[8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17]。在整体的通信网络架构和智能小区关键技术日益成熟,智能小区商业模式及运营模式策略研究也有了较多成果[18]。基于电力相关系统和通信通道提出的智能小区架构和运营模式,局限在小区内部,对于整体发展推广不利,并不能从宏观上了解智慧城市的发展方向和过渡方案。本文提出了基于电力高级量测体系建立的智慧城市总体架构和过渡方案,并进行了详细对比分析和梳理,且该方案已经在成功运用在实际试点建设项目中,具有一定的实际意义。
